MTF Securities Limited
MTF Securities Limited (MTFS) is a special purpose company incorporated in Dunedin, New Zealand, whose sole purpose is to purchase motor vehicle finance receivables from Motor Trade Finances Limited (MTF).
MTFS is a nominally capitalised, revenue neutral and bankruptcy remote special purpose New Zealand resident company. It is owned 99% by a discretionary trust (MTFS Holdings Limited on behalf of certain charities) and 1% by the Trustee as trustee for the beneficiaries under the Security Trust Deed. MTFS has three directors - one each appointed by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), MTF and one independent. The MTFS constitution restricts the activities of MTFS.

Angus Bradshaw, BCA, ACA, F Fin
Angus Bradshaw joined MTF as General Manager in December 1997 and was appointed a director in April 1998. Prior to joining MTF, Angus held a number of senior banking roles at The Rural Bank and The National Bank of New Zealand.
Stephen McKewen, BCom (Hons), LLB
Stephen is executive director of the Water Factory Company and St Jorioz StratCon. He has a background in law and investment banking with a specific focus on the corporate finance and asset finance sectors. Stephen is one of two independent directors.
Graham Jackson, BCom
Graham has been an independent director of MTF Securities Limited since its beginnings in 1995. Graham has significant corporate finance, capital markets and corporate advisory experience. Graham was Executive Director of the corporate advisory division of Countrywide Banking Corporation before establishing Austin Hill as a boutique corporate advisory firm in 1992. He is a Director of Strategic Finance Limited and a number of private companies.
